Repair, Replacement, Refunds and Order Cancellations

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights the Buyer may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where Goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, the Buyer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the failure is minor or major. If a product is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the product may be considered for a refund. The Company may request photo or video evidence of the said fault.

The Buyer must take into account the description of the Goods sold by the Company before requesting a refund. A refund or remedy may still be available where the Goods do not meet consumer guarantees under applicable law, including where the Goods are not of acceptable quality or are not fit for purpose.

The Company can provide phone/Skype support and/or replacement parts of an assembly. Refunds, repairs or replacements will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, depending on the nature of the issue.

Products used in the manufacturing of Company Goods will be warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 12 months, and this covers repair or replacement of affected parts, whichever is the most practical. Each case will be looked at individually by the Company to determine which is the most practical action to take.

Moreover, the Buyer is not entitled to return any ‘faulty’ item if:
the Buyer used the product in an ‘abnormal’ way, or
the Buyer used the product for a very long time, or
the Buyer incorrectly assembled the product.

The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the Buyer.

NOTE:
A non refundable cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount paid to the Company for each order
placed will be debited in the event of cancellation by the Buyer for any reason and at any time during
the sale. In the event of a cancellation by the Buyer the money will be returned to the Buyer (less the
5% cancellation fee) after the Company has on-sold the items from the original order to another buyer.
